Collection: Graze-N-Grow Farm

Graze N Grow Farm is run by Jim and Ruth Draper of Sheffield, IL. Ruth and Jim both grew up on the traditional type of grain and livestock farms you see across Illinois, but they became disillusioned with the increased dependence on chemicals and drugs used on most farms today. Through mentorship from Allen Nation and Stockman Grass Farmer magazine, they came to develop a new mindset. Starting in 2005 they let their sheep, cattle, pigs, and chickens enjoy life out in the sunshine and green grass. Their crops are now organic and rely on nature instead of chemicals to produce. They focus on regenerative growing practices that nurture healthy soils, healthy plants, and healthy animals that in turn lead to healthy food.

Jim and Ruth raise grass fed Belted Galloway cattle. They also have pasture raised Katahdin sheep as well as organically fed pastured chicken.
