What is Good Soil Food Hub?

Good Soil Food Hub connects you directly to local farms and food producers within 100 miles of our central hub. We make it easy to shop for organic, regeneratively-raised and locally grown food—all in one place—with convenient weekly delivery to your doorstep.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver to the Peoria, Galesburg, Macomb, and Quad Cities areas (and everywhere in between!) Delivery schedules are explained on our Delivery Info page.

How does ordering work?

Each week, new products are listed on our online store. Simply browse, add what you like to your cart, and check out before the weekly order cutoff. We collect everything fresh from local farms and deliver it directly to you.

Is there an order minimum or delivery fee?

There is a minimum order of $40.

A delivery fee of $10 applies for orders under $100. Over $100, your delivery fee is waived.

Can I customize my order however I want?

Yes! Every order is completely customizable. Choose exactly what you want each week—no subscriptions or commitments required.

What kinds of products can I order?

You’ll find a wide variety of seasonal produce, pasture-raised meats, eggs, dairy, baked goods, and pantry staples—all sourced from trusted local farmers and producers.

How do I know where my food comes from?

We proudly share information about each farm and producer on our website, so you always know who grew or made your food.

When will my order arrive?

Delivery days can sometimes vary by order volume, holidays, and destination. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is scheduled. More detailed delivery information is available on our Delivery Info page.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure online checkout.

How can I contact customer support if I have any questions or concerns about my order?

We are real people and are here to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have about your order. You can reach us via email or phone during normal business hours (Mon-Sat 8am-6pm) and we'll be happy to provide prompt and personalized assistance.

How long will the food stay fresh after it's delivered?

Our produce is harvested at its peak freshness and packed immediately to ensure it stays fresh for as long as possible. It also travels far fewer food miles to get to you, arriving at your door faster and fresher. With proper storage, our products can typically last longer than produce from big box stores.

Do you offer any discounts or promotions for your products?

Yes, we frequently offer discounts and promotions on our products. You can check our website or sign up for our newsletter to stay updated on the latest offers.

Do I have to be home when my order is delivered?

You do not have to be home when your order is delivered. Our delivery partner will text you when they have delivered your order and leave it in a designated safe place. We also recommend putting a cooler or cooler bag by your front door for us to place your order in when possible. Once your order has been delivered, it is then your responsibility.
