Wild Alaska Keta Salmon is one of the most abundant salmon species in Southeast Alaska, second only to pink salmon. Historically harvested primarily for its prized roe (ikura), Keta salmon has gained renewed appreciation in recent years for its quality and versatility in fresh and frozen markets.

These portions feature clean, mild flavor and firm texture, making them well suited for grilling, baking, smoking, or slow roasting. Each portion is carefully frozen at peak freshness and vacuum-sealed, with skin on and pin bones in, to preserve quality and natural flavor. Portions average 5–7 oz.
