Crafted daily by hand at Tortello’s pastificio in Chicago, this bucatini comes from dough made with premium Italian-milled flour — the same flour Tortello sources from a family-run mill in Italy that has been washing and milling wheat since 1832. Because the pasta is made fresh and with care, you’ll taste the difference in every strand: a delicate but firm bite, a rich wheat flavor, and a true “al dente” texture.

Bucatini — a long, thick pasta with a hollow center — is ideal for holding sauces both inside and out. At home, it shines with classic Italian sauces:
