To create these flavorful oat flakes, we run our certified organic whole oat groats through a convection oven and then through a roller/flaker so they are perfect for brewing or distilling, as well as for old-fashioned oatmeal, granola, cookies, breads, and other baked goods.
Our organic oat flakes are rich in B-vitamins, calcium, protein and fiber, and low in sodium and unsaturated fat. They have a pleasing texture and wholesome nutty taste. You can use them as you would non-instant rolled oats.
