This Gournay is a fresh, gently fermented cheese made using Jersey cow milk from Kilgus Farmstead in Fairbury, IL. Crafted with a long, slow fermentation, it develops a smooth, creamy texture and rich mouthfeel similar to cream cheese, with a mild, balanced flavor.
Perfect as a cream cheese substitute, Gournay spreads beautifully on bread and crackers and works well in both sweet and savory dishes. Available in 6 oz containers in the following flavors: Plain, Garlic & Herb, Everything Bagel, and Spiced Cranberry.
