Tallow is a rendered fat that comes from our herd of cattle.

Tallow has many uses, including:   

  • Cooking: Tallow has a high smoke point of around 420–480°F, making it ideal for high-heat cooking like frying and roasting.    
  • Skincare: Tallow can be used as a moisturizer, face cream, body butter, or lip balm. It's especially beneficial for dry, sensitive, or eczema-prone skin.    
  • Candles and soaps: Tallow can be used to make candles and soaps. 

Seasoning: Tallow can be used to season cast-iron pans.
