Collection: Pheasant Valley Farms

Pheasant Valley Farms is a family-owned farm in rural Peoria County, founded by Jim and Mallory with a shared commitment to ethical farming, conservation, and caring well for both animals and the land.

What began as a vision for a more intentional way of farming has grown into a diverse homestead where livestock, pollinators, and native habitat all work together. Their farm is home to miniature Highland cattle, award-winning Nigerian Dwarf goats, and a thriving network of honey bee hives that play an important role in supporting pollinator health and ongoing habitat restoration efforts across their property.

Jim and Mallory take a thoughtful, hands-on approach to stewardship, focusing on practices that prioritize animal welfare, soil health, and long-term ecological balance. Every part of the farm reflects their belief that good farming should care for both people and the land.

From pasture to hive, Pheasant Valley Farms is rooted in the idea that small-scale, intentional agriculture can make a lasting impact—producing high-quality foods while preserving the beauty and health of the landscape for future generations.
